Post Description

It's the first album by Christiaan Bruin, a dutch musician who played everything you can hear on the album, and also did artwork and mastering. In a vein near other dutch bands like KNIGHT AREA or bands like SPLINTER, CHRIS offers a modern progressive music, made of straightforward melodic work combined with complex, symphonic arrangements. The vocal parts are worked out and sometimes remind SHADOW GALLERY or.THE BEACH BOYS as well!). Playing piano and guitar as well, Christian cleverly uses programming. Neo-prog' lovers (ala IQ) will certainly appreciate "A glimpse inside", a refreshing, entertaining but ambitious album.
