GET OUT is a special edition reissue featuring remixes and rare live performances of songs by Capercaillie. Get Out is a cross-section of traditional Celtic music and funk-inflected British funk music. The album is split between live tracks and remixed older releases, including "Coisich a Ruin," which was a Top 40 hit. That mean's Get Out is nearly a Capercaillie "greatest hits" collection -- it features their most familiar material, although not in their most familiar versions. Nevertheless, the album offers a good sampling of the group's material and works as a solid introduction to the group. ~ Thom Owens ;5 New Tracks;1992 Compilaton Of Live & Rare Song Personnel: Karen Matheson (vocals); Manus Lunny (guitar, bouzouki); Charlie McKerron (fiddle); Donald Shaw (accordion, keyboards); James MacKintosh (drums); Marc Duff (bodhran); Alan Cuthbertson, Ian Morrow, Graham Dickson (programming).
